(b). Ecom Family has been professionally consulting individuals through the process of starting, launching, and scaling e-commerce brands since 2023. Before officially forming the Ecom Family at the beginning of 2023, Brandon Parry (Owner) spent the last 6 years individually developing his personal e-commerce portfolios. Ecom Family has successfully guided over 1400 individuals through the process of starting an e-commerce brand either through their 1-on-1 mentorship program or through access to 10+ hours of self-guided course videos. Brandon Parry is the sole executive, owner & director.
(c). Personal Experience:
I, Brandon Parry (Owner) have owned and operated 6 e-commerce brands since 2018. These personal brands have generated an annual average of 1.6 million dollars in combined revenue since 2022. I have over 20 employees between all 6 brands and all of the mistakes and lessons I've learned from over the years form the backbone of my experience. Each of the stores were created between the years of 2018-2025.
In January of 2023, Brandon decided to combine his experience and understanding of e-commerce to offer a legitimate solution for mentoring individuals through a process we created that we believe duplicates success. Ecom Family is the business that hosts all of the products, services, and information used in coaching and teaching clients through the process of building an e-commerce brand similar to Brandon.
(ii) Trademarks and Services:
Ecom Family can also be known as (DBA) “The Ecom Family”, “Ecom Family, LLC”, “Sales Family” and “Viral Hour”.
Ecom Family offers a primary service known as the “1-on-1 Mentorship” Program. This program is designed to help clients either in a personal 1-on-1 setting or in a group setting that includes other clients. Clients are given the option to work with us on the store with our Mentorship Program, or only use our detailed course to work on the store on their own.
Sales Family is Ecom Family’s sales team.
Viral Hour is Ecom Family’s content team.
(iii) Pricing of Services:
Below is a statement including the cost of all services rendered by Ecom Family and under trade names.
Mentorship Program: $250 monthly
Mentorship (Course Only): $100 monthly
(iv) Refund Policy
Given the nature of the service provided by Ecom Family, if you wish to qualify and request a refund for services performed by Ecom Family you as the client agree to uphold your end of the work required to see success in the program. It is understood as a client that results will only come if you (the client) put in the work as advised by Ecom Family. The refund policy is set in place to protect and reward students who follow the steps and advice given within the program and still don't see results. The 1-on-1 Mentorship program is a consulting service therefore if you receive consulting and do not apply the advice received the responsibility of failure lies on your shoulders. If you complete the Ecom Family Tree checklist and do not generate $1 USD of revenue for your business you may qualify for a refund if you meet the following criteria below:
- We have worked together for a minimum of 4 months.

Refund Policy Disqualifications:
Failure to meet all the refund policy requirements above will disqualify you from receiving a refund for services provided. If you request a refund before completing the prerequisites, your request will be revoked and you will be reminded of the policy you agreed to upon purchasing the program.
All clients will be shown this disclosure statement prior to purchasing any services by Ecom Family. If you decide to purchase consulting services, or any product or service offered by Ecom Family, you agree and are bound to the terms, refund policy, and conditions set forth in this disclosure statement. You also agree that ALL products and services performed by Ecom Family are final sale and refunds or returns outside of the refund policy are not allowed.
By purchasing you agree to the entirety of this disclosure statement, especially the refund policy and every requirement you must meet should you intend to request a refund for your program fees.
(v) Resources provided to clients upon purchasing:
Below are all of the products, equipment, and resources the client receives upon the mentorship program: - An onboarding email including the link to join the discord community server where all content and materials will be provided.
- A link to our “mentorship outline” document is also included in the onboarding email. Each client receives this personal document to organize the work and progress the client makes throughout the program. - Ecom Family’s full 10-hour library of course videos and modules that explain each of the steps to build a store in great detail.
- The complete list of steps to build your store which explains exactly how to start, launch, and scale your e-commerce brand in the Family Tree document.
- Daily live group calls with all the current students included in the program. This also includes Q&A sessions after the calls to help answer messages the client may have from the topic discussed on the call. - Lifetime access.
(vi) Income guarantees:
No warranties or representations are made with the regard to potential revenues that may be earned as a client from the provision of Ecom Family’s services and no reliance should be placed on any statements or projections provided, whether verbal or in writing in this respect.
Ecom Family does not postulate any revenue, sales, income, or gross and net profits before, during, or after a client joins the 1-on-1 mentorship program.
(vii) Contracts provided:
Attached is the URL of the contract document available Ecom Family Client Agreement that Ecom Family has offered to generate an additional binding agreement. The contract agreement is also pasted below underneath (g).
(d). Ecom Family and its DBAs are only registered under one business opportunity in the state of Utah. Utah is the only state where Ecom Family and its DBAs are registered as a business opportunity.
(e)Ecom Family has not canceled any business opportunities within the last 12 months.
(f). Ecom Family is a part of 2 business opportunities (the opportunity explained in this disclosure statement) where an applicant has canceled within the previous 12 months.
(g). Not one member of Ecom Family and its owner have been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor or pleaded no contest to a felony or misdemeanor charge.

Client Investment
Monthly payments of $250/month.

1. Advanced Product Research & Development
● Aid in curating a shortlist of vetted products to sell.
● Complete brand and marketing strategy for selected products.
● Prototype development support for clients pursuing custom manufacturing. ● Option to proceed with vetted dropshipping products if preferred.
2. Enhanced Sourcing & Logistics
● Access to premium suppliers and exclusive product lines.
● Negotiation of supplier terms and logistics planning.
● Quality control processes and compliance support.
3. Comprehensive Brand Development
● Aid in Full brand identity creation (logos, packaging, store design).
● Coaching on Shopify and TikTok Shop optimization with advanced customizations. ● Intellectual property guidance for brand protection.
4. Intensive Sales & Marketing Strategy
● Custom sales funnel and omnichannel marketing strategy (TikTok, Shopify, IG, FB, Etsy, Pinterest, and more).
● Access to Ecom Family’s influencer network for brand promotion.
● Aid in ad strategy and campaign management.
● Aid in Public Relations strategy to enhance brand visibility and authority.
5. Elite Training & Support
● Daily 1-on-1 support with your dedicated mentor via text, voice, calls, and screen shares. ● Guidance through Ecom Family’s proprietary step by step store-building process. ● Team support available Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Payment & Performance Assurance
● $250/month
● Client must complete all 16 weeks of mentorship and/or the Family Tree checklist to qualify for cancellation of future payments.
● Ecom Family reserves the right to remove a client from the program for: a) Disrespect or hostility toward staff or students
b) Failure to maintain agreed-upon payments
Ownership & Equity
The client maintains 100% ownership and equity of the stores developed with Ecom Family.
Commitment to Success
Ecom Family to provide expert mentorship, high-level resources, and a results-driven partnership tailored to each client’s unique goals and journey.
Contract Terms & Legal Agreements
Amendments & Modifications
● All changes to this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. ● Verbal agreements or implied modifications are not valid.
● Each amendment must include dates and signatures to be enforceable.
Termination Clause
● Neither party may terminate without cause or prior written notice.
● Unjustified or abrupt withdrawal (“hit and run”) may result in claims for damages including lost time, revenue, or opportunity.
